Definitely will buy again

Decided to try this product, the Deepest Violet 326 to see if I could get a bit of a richer purple colour than my previously tried brands. On my dark brown hair it came out really nice, smooth, silky and a rich purple-mahogany colour. Not really a blue-tinged purple like I was hoping for but definitely nice. Also one bottle easily did my whole head which is to the middle of my back. I bought a second bottle to make sure i have some on hand for next time. Totally covered my grey roots too!

It’s a good dye just not really true to color.

I do love the richer color my hair is now but I don’t really see any purple. Love red (have tried many variants) just expected to see a lot more of a purple to it so in that I’m disappointed. Love Garnier dyes and saw a couple colours I plan to try out (deep lilac and dark garnet from Olia) but probably won’t go for this one again. #freeproduct

Excellent packaging

I received my product in the mail about 4 weeks ago #freeproduct. I honestly loved the way it was packaged, everything was very easy and with the step by step instructions, it was easier to follow. I love how gloves were included in the box, it made the application very easy. During the day I applied the colour onto my hair to see what it would look like in natural lighting and my hair looked the same as indicated on the box, I received many compliments because everyone liked my hair colour. The application part wasn't that hard but the scent if the colour was very strong and it did irritate my eyes a little bit.

Terrible

I bought this for my daughter to brighten up her summer. Left in for 25 minutes and all the color washed out. She is a blonde and the color should have stayed

Good, Just to dark for my liking.

I tried it out because I like the colour purple, what I got was a nearly black colour with the purple coming out in harsh light or sunlight. Over all it worked well with my natural dark brown hair and came out somewhat like the hair on the box. One word of advice, if your hair is naturally curly like mine (loose curls) DO NOT use the conditioner every time you wash after you dye your hair. It’s best to just use it once (as the instructions say) then throw the rest away or give it to a friend/family member. The conditioner pretty much straightened my hair and left it was 0 volume what what so ever. Other then that I would definitely recommend this to a love one who wasn’t to dye their hair.

Good product just not on my hair

I received this Garnier hair colour through #topbox to try and review. I have dark brown hair and I felt that after the first wash the dye didn't really adhere to my hair. I was hoping for a more subtle colour but I guess everyone has different hair. I expected to see more of a purple to it, which is disappointing as I don't usually dye my hair and was excited to test this out. #freeproduct #ad #topbox #freesample

Deceiving and just straight up wrong color

I bought 2 boxes of the color 326 (deep violet) at my local shoppers drug mart today, I spent almost an hour applying it to my hair and while doing so I noticed that although the color was darkening it was more of a deep red than purple. Despite this I trusted the process and let it sit for another 20 mins before rinsing it and blow drying. Now I know that color shows up differently in all hair types and shades but there is not a single spot on my head that I can confidently say is violet, my roots are very red and the rest of my hair is just brown with a very small hint of red. I'm not saying I hate the color but I went into this expecting purple hair and I didn't get anything close to it therfore I'm giving this a one star and would not recommend
