My hair is black- FOR MY WEDDING

I bought this box colour. I had the same hair colour as indicated on the box. I just needed a quick root touch up. Now my head and hair is black!!!! I can’t begin to tell you how much I have cried over this experience. This is the worst lie of a product do not trust the box and chart on the box. It should be in the box category. Thanks for ruining my hair two weeks before my wedding.

Pas la bonne couleur

J ai acheter cet article en pensant avoir un resultat rouge ( ayant deja les cheveux rouge) le resultat est presque noir. ce n est pas dutout le resultat escompté

Horrible!!!!

Purchased this expecting a red cherry chocolate color as shown on the comparison chart. MY HAIR IS NOW BLACK!!!! I checked the bottle to make sure it was the right color as always before mixing. Came in a sealed box. I am SO angry my hair is frickin black now! I had medium brown natural hair. What a HUGE disappointment.

Now it's just black

I wanted to brighten up my light auburn hair, the vividness usually fades and I love the fading color I get. This just went black. Ruined my hair and now it's just black. Why is black called sweet cherry?!? Why oh why.

Unhappy

I started with medium brown hair, applied this hair dye....my hair is now black with a hint of violet in direct light. Not at all in the red category. Very dissapointed...I hate it. Now i have to bleach the color out (which is so bad for hair), and re-dye. This hair dye needs to be re-labeled to the proper color result. :( I like Garnier hair dye, never had a problem before this incident.

It did the same thing to me and my hair was a nice red colour before and I had a few highlights but it completely covered it and only the highlights looked a faint violet. Very disappointed because I ended up having to get full highlights at a salon and shell out almost $200!

J'ai faite ma coloration hier soir chez moi et j'ai trouvé sa plutôt facile. Je suis plus quelqu'un que à l'habitude je vais chez la coiffeuse mais je me suis rendue compte pourquoi payé trop cher pour quelle que chose que nous pouvons faire soi-même. J'ai acheté Garnier parce que je trouvais le prix abordable et les couleurs sur les boites semblaient vraiment belle. J'ai essayé cerise doux et wow après de mettre sécher les cheveux je me trouvais ravissante la couleur sortait vraiment bien et pour ce temp chaud je trouve que avec un beau teint c'est parfait. Maintenant que j'ai essayé celle-ci et que j'ai aimé je veux essayé toute les autres couleurs en passant du plus pale au plus foncé. Kassandra avec déjà hate d'essayer ma prochaine boite :)

Highly disappointing

I bought this in hopes for a nice rich red as shown on the box however it literally turned my hair black! I’ve been using garnier nutrisse hair colours (particularly many different shades of red) for over 5+ years and have never been disappointed until now. I grabbed this shade as my usual shade (light intense red) was sold out or maybe it’s discontinued but I am just so extremely unimpressed and overall mad that it didn’t turn out how it supposed to be. It would be okay if it had even a small tinge of red but it’s just pure black! i will be telling all my friends and online to stay far far far away from this shade unless they want their hair to turn black as well. Please take this off the shelves or reformat the formula so that it actually dyes hair red!

Turned my brown Auburn hair black

Thought I would brighten my reddish brown hair and thought the color would be great.. Now I have a gross black hair color and super angry. I have used nutrisse product before and never had this happen. Now I will have to have my hair professionally lightened to get it back to the original color
