First of all, may I say that this shampoo smells LOVELY! Not too overpowering but definitely a treat when Im washing up my hair. The bottle is very practical, wont leak, and easy to get product out (and every last drop of it, as you can easily display it upside down). Now onto the performance; I have normal hair than can lean a bit dry. My hair is typically fairly frizzy. My scalp always feels a bit dry. This Shampoo did a wonderful job of keeping my scalp and hair nourished, and hydrates very well, and kept my frizz at bay. After hair wash day my hair felt notably more shiny and smooth. Im a long time use of Garnier Fructis Shampoo & Conditioner, and this Shampoo has quickly become my new favourite!

A refreshing sent with Garnier Fructis Clean & Fresh Grapefruit Shampoo; I am in my sixties with hip-long, home-dyed hair. A great shampoo with great lather and a scent that is up close and personal and not too distant. This scent blends in well with all my other fresh scents that I use. Hair is left soft to touch and with great body. I have been using this shampoo for the past few weeks and I am impressed. It has even allowed me 3-day hair! Like the bottle says, it makes your hair and scalp feel "clean and fresh" - because it doesn't include any parabens, it just feels like it gets rid of all the badness out of the hair so that it is neutral. I don't see or feel any specific benefits to my hair but my hair feels lighter and therefore there's a bit more volume just due to the natural feeling of my hair. The scent is a sweet tartness of grapefruit. It's a refreshing smell that stays in my hair for over a day where you get a nice whiff of it when taking out a ponytail or when the wind blows your hair into your face. The creamy white shampoo lathers nicely but can easily be confused with the conditioner which is of the similar look and consistency.
