Whole Blends Castor Oil Conditioner is made for weak, thinning hair... hello! While I dont recommend it for daily use (to avoid weigh down), I have noticed that it makes a huge difference when my hair is oily and matted/tangled. So for those times when Ive skipped washing my hair for a few days or have left it in a bun for too long... it really does the trick by leaving my hair soft, tangle-free, and bouncy! Unfortunately, the smell is not as maple-y as this Canadian had hoped That was a bit of a let-down. Overall, I recommend the conditioner for weekly use if you have weak, thinning hair like me and need something to bring it back to life!

Compared to Monat that I use on the daily I prefer my monat. The shampoo and conditioner felt a little heavy on my hair but did not leave it greasy and was easy to comb through. I could see myself using this in a pinch. I think it would be better on someone with more damaged or thinning hair. I do use garnier whole blends on my daughters for the last few weeks and have loved the results. I was gifted The Whole Blends Castor oil conditioner and I already knew it will be amazing for my hair. Caster oil known for stimulating the blood flow to the hair follicles and helping with the hair growth. My hair is colour treated and its very dry. The conditioner helping me to feel like Im having a leave-on mask on my hair without having greasy hair. Although it has Castor oil, your hair wont be greasy or flat. My kids has different hair types and they all loved it!

My hair is past my tailbone and is loosely curled. What makes a conditioner good for me is if it can detangle and soften my hair and this does both. It smells amazing, has castor oil in it to promote hair growth and smells like a yummy dessert. I only needed a little bit and could feel the effects on my hair right away. I have a hard time finding conditioners that are good for long hair as many dont have enough slip to detangle hair. I wash my hair daily and this does not weight my hair down. I will defiantly repurchase this in the future and hope Garnier will make it in bigger sizes. I also love that they use 30% recycled plastic, and source their ingredients sustainably.

Just like the shampoo; this product smells so good! A little bit goes a long way. As someone with fine hair, I have to be really careful how much of this I use. While it makes my hair feel so soft, shiny and nourished, it weighs my hair down. Its just a heavier conditioner so Im now only using it sparingly on the bottom of my hair and avoiding my scalp. Thats not the products fault. The reason for 4 stars is just because I havent seen any improvement in the health and strength of my hair - still seeing the same breakage and shedding I normally have. However, Ill continue to use this product to see if with prolonged use there is more improvement!

This product smells great, the scent is mildly sweet and reminds me of candy. The conditioner leaves my hair feeling strong and well protected. I used this with the shampoo and leave in cream. If I didnt use the leave in cream I would still be confident that my hair is well protected. I like that this company ethically sources its ingredients. I will continue to use this in my hair care routine. I also like that the bottle is slightly sheer so that I can see how much product is left instead of guessing.

As with the other products in this line and voxbox the smell is AMAZING! I could literally eat this stuff it smells so sweet and yummy thats my favourite thing about it . A little goes a long way and I felt very satisfied how it helped to detangle and smooth my hair which is long part wavy part curly and turns into a big mess after washing without a good conditioner. My hair especially my ends can be dry from years of colouring but I felt that after the wash and condition with this set and air drying that my hair had a little more life in it and Im excited to keep using it and continuing to see improvements :)

The conditioner is fairly think as expected and had a smell - it smells good but not like castor or maple. I have 4B/4C hair. Since its so thick i had to use quite a bit to get all my hair. My hair didnt feel super moisturized as I expected but hours later it didnt dry out. Normally I like that softer feeling in my hair, which I didnt get from this. On its own I wouldnt add it to my regular routine, but I will use it from time to time with the shampoo.
