Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Crème 610 Châtain clair cendré

I was so tired with my blonde colour that became orange with time. I really was looking for natural colour that will fit my roots colour and will cover that blonde. So I got it! I recommend 610 tone.

This is disgusting - not at all the ash brown it used to be. I have used this exact colour before and got what I wanted. This time is some orange colour that makes me want to throw up!

I loved Garnier from the start. I have however become increasingly grey and I'm finding sometimes the colour isn't covering the same or for long enough. However, being an affordable solution to the salon, I simply increased the frequency of use and it worked out well. It doesn't smell or create a toxic fume and my hair is soft and shiny after the conditioner. Overall, I continue to use this product for best value.

J'utilise régulièrement la teinture Nutrisse no: 610 depuis des années et je l'adore .Je conseille cette texture à tout le monde car elle s'étend très bien .Elle donne de très bons résultats .

For a home hair box, this stuff is Great. I prefer to get my hair done professionally, but its not always an option with my busy schedule. This stuff doesn't kill my hair, which is Amazing! I prefer the Cream Line to the others. :)

Background: Having Chinese black hair, I know color doesn't take easily and have tried various brands to find one that works. My ratings are high because I am content as long as my hair does not come out fried & orange. On virgin Asian hair, the color will NOT be true to the box (but this is a realistic expectation when we're skipping salons & abrasive bleaching). My hair was previously dyed with "ash brown box dye". I specify this because the resulting color is closer to the black swatch for the "Nutrisse Cream 535 - Medium Golden Mahogany Brown" (notice the slight red tones on that swatch!). My black roots were starting to show so I did a complete application to cover roots + help tone down redness-brass from my previous dye-job washing out. I do not dye every 4-6 weeks, I dye my hair when my roots are grown out > 2" which works out to about every 4-6 months (aka. very brassy).Garnier Nutrisse cream sits high on my to try again list when I don't have access to my dye designed to dye black hair. The cream does NOT drip, it smells pleasant too (there were whiffs of ammonia here and there, but did not make my eyes water nor force me to exit the bathroom for fresh air like other brands I've tried. I have waist length, thick, coarse hair and the 1 bottle was more than sufficient to saturate my head! Garnier was very generous with the amount of product supplied (dye & conditioner) as with other North American brands, I have run short when using just 1 box.Instruction mod: I left the dye on my head (not including application time) for 45 minutes. During this time, I put a plastic bag on my head to trap heat & also periodically heated the air with a blow dryer to help the lightening process. Due to fear of roots lightening too much, I started application with my mid-section to the ends and did roots last. Roots came out the same shade as my lengths!Results: While hair was wet and not yet 100% dried, my hair looked darker than pre-dying that I thought perhaps leaving the dye in too long wound up darkening my hair. However, upon drying my hair, the resulting color 90% matched the ash brown colors from other brands. The resulting color is a tad bit darker, but similar breakthrough redness as other brands. Relative to the box swatch for "brown to black" hair, the level of brightness matches. Asian hair has more red pigmentation, so don't expect the ash tones to be 100% covered. Some of my black hair didn't take enough of the color, but I don't mind this since it feels like low-lights and adds dimension. Keep in mind that I write this 1-hour post-dying and colors do become more noticeable after a couple of days. My hair is softer than pre-dying & the conditioner smells great! If you're hesitant to try, the product is virtually mess free & produced 0% damage to my thick-coarse-resilient hair! For the next time, to get more lightness, I'll try the medium ash blonde color in hopes of achieving the "light ash brown" box shade.

My hair is naturally a light ash brown and I have a lot of greys popping up lately. I decided to try this hairdye, and it made my hair BRIGHT GINGER colour about 2-3 inches of my roots and the rest AWFUL red. My hair was all virgin hair, and it completely got ruined. I demand a response and a compensation for your horrible product and false advertising. I am horrified.
