Garnier Fructis Style Curl Treat Butter Hydrating Leave-in Styler to Shape Curls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love lovee this stuff! It leaves my curls super soft, smooth, hydrated and bouncy. I was afraid it would weigh down my hair but it doesn't at all. If anything, it does the opposite. It gives me those retro curls/waves or spirals (depending on how much I use and how I shape them). I love how the product feels too. It feels lightweight and whipped. It smells good too. Another reason I am obsessed with this is because it doesn't have sulfates, parabens, silicones, artificial colorants, or mineral oil. Thats huge right there because I am very conscious of toxic chemicals and make sure to avoid those ingredients as much as I can plus I don't have to worry about the sulfates stripping my hair color since I love to color it often. It's really nice to know I'm using natural and healthy products on my hair that isn't causing damage and is benefiting it. This is a definite recommendation from me. I plan on buying it once the one I got free (for testing purposes) from Influenster finishes.

My hair tends to get very dry in the winter time so I was really excited to try this hair butter from garnier. I used it in combination with the garnier jelly for sculpting. Pros: Smells great, moisturizes my curls, lightweight formula, not greasy. Cons: I don’t really have anything to negative to say about it! It didn’t moisturize as much as I wanted it to, but I also may not have applied enough! All in all, this product is a win. I am super excited to keep using it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product smells really great and it was easy to get out of the tub. After applying it I felt like I was getting loose drying curls. Fluffier than I’m accustomed to. *sAide from the product, my hair is much more static and flat in the winter so I would’ve loved this release in the summer, I’ll hangon to it until then* After application and air drying. My hair just had lifeless curls, I was able to brush through my hair and blow dry it straight. This seems weird but when finished, my hair was shiny and sleek, no frizz... the product still left my hair in good shape, my desired scrunched wet to dry curls just wasn’t the outcome. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Garnier Fructis Style Curl Treats Butter and it was a great texture with a nice smell. I followed the directions and used it on freshly washed hair. My hair was damp and I used it and my curls pop but they were weighed down. As the product dried down the product did not penetrate it kind of sat on top of my hair leaving a white film. It kind of moisturized my hair but it just felt sticky. When completely dried my hair felt hard. The product just sat on top and did not penetrate my hair shaft. I really did not like it.This product is not for my hair texture which is very thick (4C) coily and dry natural hair. My curls honestly looked amazing when I used this product. The best part a that my hair STILL looked Amazing on day 2, 3, and even day 4 without me adding any extra product (just water of course). My hair has been brittle and dry from the winter and this product really helped my type 3B hair so much more than the previous product I used. I think I fell in love!

I have curly hair naturally but I need a mousse or cream type product to prevent frizz and keep my curls bouncy for the entire day. My hair is also very fine so I’m very picky on the products I do put in my hair since my hair tends to look greasy quickly. My first impression was that it was a super thick cream type product, but the smell is amazing. Right after putting the product in my hair my it felt very heavy. As the day progrsssed my hair didn’t look clean or feel natural, it felt greasy as if I actually put really butter in my hair. The other cream I was using before this left my hair feeling clean and natural. Personally, I didn’t have a good experience with this product and probably wouldn’t buy it in the future. But I do think I saw these results due to my hair type.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this twice. The first time I put it in my hair and put my hair up and went to bed so it couldn’t be honestly reviewed. I tried this a second time, and well I won’t be grabbing for it again. I didn’t think that my hair felt any more moisturized, in fact it felt drier. I found it hard to apply with my fingers and not a comb because it was thick. It left my hair feeling dry/course and oily/sticky. My curls looked crazy and once I allowed it to try I just had to throw it up in a bun because it looked so bad. I also tested it on my daughters wavy hair, sadly it felt just the same as mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This curling leave in cream is awesome, I’ve been without a leave for at least a month because i was not able to find one that actually hydrated my curls and was able to be mix with my gel without residues or leaving a white cast and honestly I tried this with not too high expectations, but WOW! I was speechless, my hair felt so soft and nice, the texture is literally like butter and i love the smell!! My curl were awesome for more than a week after my wash and go and they still feel super nice and mosturize, i feel like i already found my new leave in holy grail. Tip: use it with the jelly for longer hold, shine and definition. I’ve received this product for free for my honest review.
