This is not medium brown dye!! My hair turned completely black, I am so sad...... It looks awful. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT unless you want to die your hair black

Très très déçue. 500 "Châtain moyen neutre"... mais au lieu de cela, mes cheveux sont devenus NOIRS. Je déteste!! C"est laid et mes proches sont d'accord. Je fais quoi maintenant ??? (J'ai même laissé la teinture moins longtemps que ce qui était conseillé.) Aie-je d'autres solutions que d'aller voir une coiffeuse et payer une fortune pour réparer les dégâts??

turned black

My hair was a medium brown. wanted to go a little darker. I dye my hair at home all the time and have never had such bad results. this “medium neutral brown” turned my hair completely black. such a waste of time and money. what a disappointment

Wanted to brighten up my medium brown hair, so I only had it on 25 minutes. Turned my hair black. Yikes.

The perfect colour I have been looking for

This colour is exactly what I have been looking for. It is rich and dark chocolate. I am not sure how people ended up with black or maybe they don't understand that medium brown is quite dark. This has absolutely beautiful colour in the light and when up against a black shirt it is much lighter and a definite chocolate shade. My hair is so soft today and this is my new "go-to" colour.

Gorgeous Colour

I used this two weeks ago on my brown hair (with grey roots) and I was very impressed with how easy it was to use and how shiny soft and healthy my hair now looks. The grey is gone, the coverage is even and so far it has not faded or gone dull looking. The conditioner in the box is a great bonus and really made my hair feel silky. #freeproduct

Changement décevant

Malheureusement Garnier vient de changer leur teinture. Et donc, ça ne tient plus sur le.gris de mes cheveux. Après une semaine, la couleur est devenu orangé. Je prend la même teinture depuis plus de 5 ans et j'adorais. Mais je dois dorénavant trouver une nouvelle teinture qui n'est pas végétal comme les nouvelles de Garnier. Très déçue!

Fixed my orange roots!

My toner turned my roots orange and the rest of my hair grey/blonde. It was horrible! I used the 500 nutrisse creme medium neutral brown to do a root smudge to get rid of the orange roots and blend well with my blonde hair and it worked!!! Looks super natural and hair is soft and shiny. It really comes out neutral. This product saved me!!
