Garnier Nutrisse Cream 66 True Red

I have been using this colour (#66 Pomegranate) since 2007, and absolutely loved it. I got tons of compliments on it. I got a new box last week and dyed my hair. While the colour was developing I saw it looked different than usual. Hoping it was just my imagination I kept it for the recommended time and then washed it off. After drying my hair I was horrified! My hair was brassy - coppery in colour instead of having almost purple shades in it. It does not work with my complexion at all. When I checked the box it said #66 on it, but instead of Pomegranate, there was a True Red. Why change the colour and keep the same # on the box? Needless to say, I am extremely upset and looks like I will have to look for a different brand that would give me a colour close to the one I loved so much.

I used this on my partly virgin hair (in between level 6 and 7), half was new growth and the lower half was a fading teal. This colour should have worked but it ended up turning all of my hair, even the virgin hair growth, close to black and turned my scalp orange. This would probably work if you had blonde hair, level 8 or higher, and if you don’t mind an orange scalp. Really disappointed in how this turned out for me. This colour was really pretty on the box, but I’ve used Garnier off and on for almost 10 years and I find a lot of things are hit or miss. Use with caution, read reviews and always have a backup plan.

WOW !!! J'ai adoré cette coloration. Facile d'application, elle ne coule pas et surtout son odeur n'est pas trop intense. La couleur était presque identique à celle sur la boîte. Omg I really love u r hair dye I have been using it since I was younger I remember this being the first hair dye my mom ever bought me she said was the only one that wasn't gonna stink up her bathroom lol

IProduct was easy to apply with no mess. I like the color intensity and satin feel of my hair. I have used this product before and used different shaded and have always been pleased with the outcome

the colour is great and lasted for a few months I've used this product for years and its always what I recommend to people when they ask what I use.
