Wild ride!

Bought this dye just over a month ago, and I'm loving it ... now. The first night that I dyed it I was moderately horrified because it looked black-brown with very little purple shine. It wasn't until the next day, in full sunlight, that I saw that it was just really dark but most definitely all purple! After a couple washes it faded to the point where you could see the purple all the time. Need to touch up my roots now, but this color seems to be harder to find.

Very misleading on the colour outcome.

I have very light brown hair, from how I understand the hair shade scale to be, I’m not quite a 7 (dark blonde) but very much lighter than a 6 (light brown). My hair came out a ranging from reddish in bright light to a dark burgundy, a very very dark burgundy. Not lilac. Not at all like the box. Not even close. I feel pretty mislead. I would’ve been better switching back to bleaching and using manic panic. At least your product spreads well and leaves my hair feeling nice!

Fantastic color!

I bought this color a while back and finally worked up the courage to use it. I have brown hair that you would have to lighten to color any fun colors. Anyways , I used one box of dye and it hardly did much. My roots were purple and the rest of my hair still brown. I should of used two boxes of dye. So later in the week I went and got 2 boxes and did it again. Now my hair looks fantastic. It is a darker shade but I love it because it looks a bit more like it could possible be a natural shade. I love how it looks and all my hair is purple now. I LOVE IT! If you use this dye make sure you buy enough for complete coverage and leave in for 30 to 35 minutes. It does look very dark with less light which is why I think a lot of people say it turned their hair black. It isnt, it's just a very dark purple. I will buy again!!

Beautiful colour

I am very pleased with how my hair has turned out using Deep Lilac 526. The colour changes depending the lighting in the room or outside. However I am disappointed that I just found the last box where I live I hope the shelves get stocked soon!!!!

J'ai acheter le produit hier et fait ce soir ! Le produit etant supposement pour cheveux foncé , malgré le fait que j'etait chatain moyen , mes cheveux son sorti brun/noir au reflet mauve !!! J'ai jamais ete decus dans le passer par les coloration garnier mais la oufff ...

Bring back the old formula!

What happened to this formula? I've been using it for years as it's the only permanent purple dye that actually looks purple. I had a stockpile at home as I buy multiple boxes whenever it's on sale. Now that my stock is done I've picked up a new box and am so disappointed. After 2 weeks, only 4 washes with colour safe shampoo, it's completely faded to a copper pink. This dye used to stay a bold purple easily 10 weeks for me. I can only assume it's because the new formula is fully vegan and it now acts like a semi permanent dye. Vegan dyes do not last. If I wanted to have to constantly dye my hair I'd buy semi permanent. You've lost a loyal customer.

J'ai acheté la teinture hier, je l'ai faite se matin et le résultat n'est vraiment pas satisfaisant. J'ai les cheveux noir avec un mini reflet violet. Je croyais qu le violet aurait été plus clair et moin noir. Très très décu.

absolutely love it! to everyone who complained because their dark brown hair didn’t turn a vibrant purple like the picture on the box, use common sense. dyes don’t lighten hair. you’d need bleach to do that.
