How to apply sunscreen:

1) Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure.

2) Reapply every 2 hours or immediately after swimming, towel drying, or excessive sweating.

I have used Ombrelle for years. Unfortunately I made the wrong choice when I purchased the Complete Dry Touch SPF 45. This product did not absorb into my skin. I found that it sat on the surface and once the sun warmed up my skin I tried to rub it in further. It just rolled into balls and flaked off all over my towel, deck chair, and the ship’s deck. It left white smears on any clothing that it came into contact with, including my bikini. I gave up on it after the first day and had to re-purchase a different product.

This can occur when skincare products are layered too soon and insufficient time has passed for the layers to absorb, too much product has been applied, or two or more products are incompatible, causing them to lift on themselves. To reduce the likelihood of pilling, may we suggest giving any serums a few minutes to absorb as well as applying a small amount of product, approximately the size of dosage. Very disappointed in this product

I have been using Ombrelle sunscreen for years as I have sensitive skin. I have never had an any problems and love the product until now. I bought 3 tubes to take on vacation and admittedly thought I was buying my regular quick absorption formula but bought the water resistant by mistake. The water resistant formula is terrible, it flakes and rolls and clumps together on application and after coming out of the sea, my skin was white and chalky looking. It also stains darker clothing with a white smudge. I was forced to use this product as I didn’t have access to an alternative but it caused me a lot of anguish for three full weeks.

Great& light weight BUT white cast on tan skin

Really hoping to end my search for the perfect sunscreen but unfortunately this is not the one. I like the ingredients and my skin didn’t breakout, fragrance is non existent. The only thing that makes this product a meh for me is the white cast. I have olive tan skin and this sunscreen made me look ashy in the areas I forgot to rub well. If you have a fairer complexion this might suit you better

Dans mon ancienne crème solaire protection 45 (année 2019), j'ai remarqué que la concentration de l'ingrédient Mexoryl XL était de 2.5 % et le SM de 0,5 %. Or, dans ma nouvelle crème (protection 45), la concentration du XL est rendu à 0.5 % et il n'y a plus de XS, donc, de moins bonne qualité pour le même prix, et le contenant à 40 ml de moins.

Garbage! Don’t buy the Dry Touch formula!

I am so disappointed in this product! I have loved Ombrelle sunscreen for years until I purchased the “dry touch” formula. I’m in Mexico and have to go looking for a different sunscreen as this product is unusable. Streaky, messy and useless and I have two bottles of it to throw out. What a waste of money.
