Have used this colour for over 20 years. People always compliment my colour. Please don’t discontinue this colour. It’s so hard to find.

Coloured my hair with this today, started out with about 1-2 inches of my natural colour at the roots (light brown) to a ginger-y colour from previous hair dying. Bought this product as I wanted my roots to match the rest of my hair and was hoping it would even things out a bit. Well that is NOT what has happened... My roots are now copper and the rest of the hair that was already ginger is dark brown?!?! Honestly one of the worst hair colours I've ever used, definitely would not recommend or buy again. When initially mixing the colour, the colour in the tube was a beautiful bright orange so I had high hopes for it then when mixed it turned brown?! Annoyingly I bought 2 boxes as with most brands I need 1 and a bit for thorough coverage but I only needed to use 1 of these so I appreciated that but now I have a second box that I kinda don't want to bother using. I knew I shouldn't have been tempted by the sale price, THERE WAS A REASON IT WAS SO CHEAP!!!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Maybe the previous dye and the new one combined and over-saturated the hair to form a darker colour compared to your roots. Try letting the roots grow out more or use a product that removes the previous dye before applying a new dye.
