False advertisement

Product has false advertisement on the box, bought two because says works on dark brown to black hair. And it DOES NOT! You get this weird like orange brown if you have black hair. Not sure what the test subject was that went from black to blonde??!! And when mixing, th color was like dark pink, was really worried at first but didn't seem to hurt skin so figured I would try anyway. And yeah, I will stick to other brands from here on.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I have been using light ash blonde 9.1 for a couple of years and it works great for my hair which is dark blond to begin with . Makes my hair very shiny too .

Chose something else

Looking at the box it seems like it would also lighten hair.... no. The color chart isn't even close. My yellow hair stayed the same.... AND I BOUGHT 2 BOXES. such a waste of money.
