Box says one thing website says another!!

I bought this based on the information shown on this website. It says if your hair is dark brown it will go silver coloured after using the dye. The box however says something different! I doubt this is going to lighten my hair to be silver especially after reading the reviews! It’s a lie and very misleading!!

I've just put this on now on what was blonde hair with grey so decided to go grey all over its turned out like a brown I'm horrified

I use this hair dye. My white went silver; my brown went brown with a silver hint to it; and it didn't change my dyed dark red ends at all. I tried your 'try it on' -- it didn't work like that at all.

Dyed my hair brown. Not silver, brown, with purpley roots. I bleached my hair first, to an 8. The box lies. Do not recommend

Applied to natural silver with some darker areas hair to make the hair more even silver. Turned hair purple silver. Not happy. Would like a refund or rebate coupon. TY.

Horrible Product!

I had natural beautiful salt and pepper grey silver hair......it was looking a bit dull so I thought this product would bring out the silver as that is what the box colour shows. OMG....it is now the worst brownish, coppery colour and not at all silver! I see I am not the only one this happened to, so I don't know why this product is still being sold. I have tried various purple masks, glosses etc and still it is still there and looks so bad. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I have already sent them an email asking what they suggest I do now?!?
