Worked great! Long set time though

I used this for the first time and it went a lovely shade I didn't have to tone. It takes like twice the set time as other boxed bleach kits however. My hair didn't feel damaged after.

I like this product, doesn't smell or burn your eyes. I get fairly consistent results every time I use it. I wish the packaging noted what volume the developer is.

DONT USE

I have been bleaching and dying my hair for 24 years. I put the bleach powder in to the developer cream and added the bleaching cream put the cap back on the bottle and began to shake it. The bottle became very hot right before blowing a hole through the side of the bottle. I called customer service and the lady was trying to come up with reasons why this would happen making it my fault. I did exactly as the instructions state to do. The lady from customer service didnt even bother asking if I was ok grate customer service.

I want my money back.

I am really disappointed with this product. I’ve have used boxed hair bleaches before so its not like I didn’t have a good idea of what to expect. My hair was already slightly lighter than the “medium blonde” shade pictured on the box saying that having said hair colour would give a result closest to the front of the box. After using the product, my hair doesn’t even look close to that. In fact, it barely made a difference at all. No one even noticed that I had bleached it, not even the people I spend almost all my time with. And on top of that, there really isn’t much product in the box anyways. Luckily I dont have very long hair but if you have hair past your shoulders you would need at least a few boxes, so not all that affordable. In summary, not a good product.

Funny I used it yesterday and I have hair at least 6 inches past my shoulders. One box was plenty and my hair came out extremely lighter than the blonde shade I had far lighter than I thought I would achieve. Did you follow directions???

Honestly horrible and dry

This has got to be the worst box bleach I have tried that's supposedly "better" for you due to the lack of ammonia. The formula was so dry and hard to spread on my hair and the bleach did not bleach my hair evenly and the end result was not even close to what the box shows for the dark brown hair before and after. Super dissapointed. What a waste of time and now I have to fix this atrocity.

Bonjour le décolorant fonctionne très bien, il faudrait toute fois mentionné qu’il est nécessaire d’acheter une boîte avec coloration blonde à appliquer après la décoloration pour enlever le jaune, car j’etait complémentèrent orange!

This is by far my favorite go-to box of bleach to dye my mousey fine hair. I am in between brown & grey so this does the trick every time. My hair is very fine and breaks really easy. I have found Olia B+++ is the easiest on my hair and always gives me perfect results!!! I highly recommend this to anyone willing to take the leap to bleach blonde hair👍👍🧡

It was going good until i washed it out and towel dried it and now it feels like glue. My hair is glued together..... what am i suppose to do with that
